Officers run a financial audit from any citizen profile: bank accounts, recent transactions and a flag when the money doesn’t match the job.
Without ALT0 Bank, the audit tab and the Fines page are hidden. Nothing else changes.

Fines from processing land in the citizen’s bank as invoices, and the MDT tracks what is paid, unpaid and overdue.
Without ALT0 Bank, fines are taken from the citizen’s bank straight away through Renewed-Banking or Qbox.
